Sterilization indicator tape is a special tape for monitoring sterilization process through color change, which is widely used in pressure steam sterilization scenes in medical institutions. The product is made of medical textured paper or crepe paper, coated with heat-sensitive chemical indicator ink and pressure-sensitive adhesive. After steam sterilization at 121℃ to 135℃, the surface color of the adhesive tape changes irreversibly (such as light yellow turns black or white turns black). When in use, it should be pasted on the outer surface of the sterilization package, which has the functions of package fixing and sterilization status identification, and the sterilization record can be written directly on the back of the adhesive tape. The product is only suitable for pressure steam sterilization monitoring, not for dry heat and other sterilization methods, and should be stored away from light and humidity and used within the warranty period.
